The total compensation package includes a base pay range of $73,660.60 - $124,656.40, plus a robust commission plan.

Job Description

As a Market Sales Leader at Sunbelt Rentals, you will be equipped for success to drive revenue and make it happen for our customers. You will coach one-on-one with Outside Sales Representatives and Strategic Account Managers to identify current and upcoming job sites, distinguish key customers on those job sites, and assist in cultivating relationships with key-decision makers such as Project Managers and Executives.

You will develop an effective and efficient strategic approach to the market and those targeted customers, ensuring OSR's are collaborating together to provide customers with solutions and quality service.

A successful Market Sales Leader will harness the Power of Sunbelt by driving sales force productivity and extracting the best performance from each individual seller while identifying strategic customers and jobsites to maximize revenue.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years of proven sales experience
  • Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving history
  • Knowledge of different phases of construction, equipment applications, features, benefits, operation and specification
Physical Demands

The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job.
