Key Responsibilities:- Schedule events, programs, and activities to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing
- Train workers in duties and policies to maintain compliance and efficiency
- Prepare and submit reports to management and stakeholders
- Ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and resolve any discrepancies
- Co-ordinate and assign work to team members to meet deadlines and goals
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work to minimize downtime
- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in payroll or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
