Payroll Operations Manager

Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Supervisor to join our team at KAD Consulting Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency, and providing exceptional support to our employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule events, programs, and activities to ensure smooth payroll operations
- Train workers in payroll duties and policies to maintain compliance
- Prepare and submit reports to management on payroll performance and trends
- Ensure accuracy of financial transactions and resolve any discrepancies
- Co-ordinate and assign work to team members to meet deadlines
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work to minimize downtime
- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to achieve goals
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in payroll administration
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions
