Business Unit Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our Business Unit as a Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating, developing, and making profitable and sustainable what will be your own Business Unit.
Your mission will involve operating on five main axes:
Business and Strategy- Develop and animate your own Business Unit, ensuring its growth and success.
- Map client and market needs, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
- Develop and negotiate business proposals, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Coordinate qualification meetings between clients and consultants.
- Review and follow up on project progress, establishing reports and metrics.
- Monitor customer activities to anticipate and acquire new projects.
- Maintain a clients' portfolio, strengthening existing partnerships and opening new accounts.
- Read and optimize Profit & Loss statements, calculating margin and identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop advanced Profit & Loss analysis, detecting business issues and building action plans.
- Handle recovery subjects, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Provide input on Business Plan presentations, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Support key success people in their development, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Improve and propose new processes and initiatives, driving business growth.
- Participate in recruitment and management of a consultants' team, sourcing, interviewing, and reporting.
- Follow up on career development of team members, attributing roles, conducting appraisals, and involving key people.
- Manage and anticipate inter-contract situations, providing adapted solutions.
