About This Opportunity

The National Account Executive role at Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited focuses on driving direct sales strategies to achieve and/or exceed predetermined sales objectives, supporting the growth of the company's business. This position sells products and services to a select group of large national accounts, requiring comprehensive knowledge of the foodservice industry, customer management, revenue growth, P&L/financial acumen, contract negotiations, and customer marketing.


Responsibilities

  1. Work with integrated account teams to manage key aspects of business relationships with multiple customers.
  2. Develop and implement Annual Business Plans that support business objectives, aligning system resources to execute marketing and operational programs according to plan, schedule, and budget.
  3. Act as a system-wide expert on strategy, business systems, and operating philosophy of assigned customer(s), ensuring flawless execution of programs throughout the system.
  4. Grows level of customer satisfaction, maintains win/win business relationships, and ensures effective communication with all key buying influences.
  5. Responsible for problem-solving operational or exceptional issues with customers or bottlers, forecasting, and managing individual budgets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent work experience is required.
  • Beverage/consumer packaged goods experience is an asset.
  • Experience in Key Account management, preferably in Food Service.
  • 5 years of key account experience.
