Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Cast Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for our guests
  • Work in a fast-paced, guest service environment
  • Be available to work late on weekends and some late weeknights
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management
  • Meet sales and service targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Team-oriented and energetic individual with a positive attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Availability to work late on weekends and some late weeknights
  • Provincial Smart Serve or Pro Serve Certification (where applicable) and being of legal age to serve alcohol in fully licensed theatres (an asset)
