Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year (estimated)

Job Description:

This internship provides an excellent opportunity for post-secondary graduates to apply their knowledge and skills in a real-world setting. As a Policy and Communications Coordinator Intern, you will be responsible for implementing the Yukon Liquor Corporation's policy and communications objectives through research, legislative assembly and media monitoring, drafting policy and communications materials, and supporting social responsibility initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Social Science, Public Administration, Communications, Journalism, or related field
  • Experience working with stakeholders on a project in a work or school setting is an asset
  • Experience writing in a work setting is an asset
