Job Description
As a Lead Platform Analyst, Network, you will be responsible for overseeing the WAN/LAN connectivity in stores, ensuring reliable and efficient network operations. You will lead the rollout of enhancements to SD-WAN devices, controllers, and edge appliances across multiple locations, testing and validating deployments to ensure optimal performance. Your focus will be on network operations for Stores (Loblaw and Shoppers), managing incidents and communicating effectively with stakeholders and business units. Additionally, you will prepare regular reports on network performance, incident resolutions, and project updates, and participate in strategic discussions around network expansion, scalability, and optimization.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require proven experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with relevant certifications such as CCNP (Enterprise), CCIE, SD-WAN Specialist, or equivalent. You should have strong experience in enterprise network architecture, implementation, and operations, with hands-on experience with SD-WAN technologies. A deep understanding of SD-WAN architecture, protocols, and technologies (e.g., BGP, OSPF, IPsec, QoS) is essential, as well as familiarity with network security technologies, such as firewalls, VPNs, and secure edge solutions, and experience in Cloud. Network monitoring tools (e.g., MIST, ThousandEyes, Splunk) and performance optimization are also key skills.
