About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Interim Store Director to lead our Sephora store in London, ON. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing strategies to improve customer experience, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales Growth
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize store sales and profitability
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Develop and Lead a High-Performing Team
    • Recruit, train, and develop a team of Beauty Advisors to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
    • Coach and mentor team members to improve their skills and performance
  • Improve Customer Experience
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience, including in-store events and Beauty Studio services
    • Monitor and analyze customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve sales performance
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing team
