Job Title: Interim Lead

About the Role:
  • Lead a Team: As an Interim Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring they meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Client Service: Provide outstanding client service to meet store achievements and exceed company objectives.
  • Operations: Manage the operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining a coaching culture.
  • Training and Development: Ensure that team members are adequately trained to execute Sephora's selling model and provide services to clients.
  • Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of the store, including shipping, receiving, and returning merchandise.
  • Visual Merchandising: Manage the merchandising concepts and on-stage visuals to ensure they meet company standards.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 1-3 years' experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
  • Skills: Strong client service skills, effective time management and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage time to execute multiple tasks and changing priorities.
  • Availability: Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
