Job Title: Interim Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Interim Lead to join our team. As an Interim Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring that they provide outstanding client service, execute Sephora's selling model, and meet store objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a Team: Supervise and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales and service goals.
  • Client Service: Ensure that clients receive exceptional service, including custom makeovers, mini-makeovers, and skincare services.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to sales associates to ensure they have the necessary skills to execute Sephora's selling model.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including shipping, receiving, and returning merchandise.
  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure that store displays and visual merchandising are within company standards.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience.
  • Skills: Strong client service skills, effective time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Availability: Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
