About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Farm Laborer to join our team at 1474175 B.C. LTD. as a key member of our farm operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the cultivation and harvesting of crops, including bell peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, and vegetables.
  • Perform tasks such as cleaning the crops, clearing fields of wood and stones, cutting agricultural seed, and weeding.
  • Ensure the quality and readiness of products for market.
  • Participate in greenhouse cleaning and hand harvesting vegetables.
  • Pack fruits and vegetables for distribution.
Work Environment

Our farm operates in an organic farming environment, requiring a strong commitment to sustainable practices.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
  • Physical capabilities to perform tasks such as bending, crouching, kneeling, and combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Working Conditions

Our farm operates 40 hours per week, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking required throughout the day.

Language and Availability
