About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Rock-Rose Landscaping Ltd. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our business services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our business services team, including data entry, report preparation, and correspondence.
  • Procedure Review and Evaluation: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they are efficient and effective.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of 3-4 office support staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Utilize MS Office and MS Windows to perform administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
  • Transportation and Travel: Use your own transportation to travel to meetings and appointments as required.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work independently and under pressure, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Possess excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a business operations or administrative role.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
