Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our business services team, including data entry, report preparation, and correspondence.
- Procedure Review and Evaluation: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they are efficient and effective.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of 3-4 office support staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Utilize MS Office and MS Windows to perform administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Transportation and Travel: Use your own transportation to travel to meetings and appointments as required.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work independently and under pressure, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal Suitability: Possess excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a business operations or administrative role.
- Language: English language proficiency.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
