Job Description
- Develop and execute a comprehensive real estate and construction strategy in alignment with the company's expansion goals.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to determine facility requirements and site selection strategies.
- Oversight of the planning, design, permitting, and construction of new healthcare facilities and the renovation of existing sites.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., PMP, LEED AP) is a plus.
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in real estate development, construction management, or related fields.
- Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing large-scale, complex projects, preferably within the healthcare or medical services industry.
