Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at Seven Seas Retail Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and leadership, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of sales staff to ensure they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Assign sales staff to duties and tasks to maximize sales and productivity.
  • Hire and train new sales staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the role.
  • Authorize payments and manage cash handling procedures.
  • Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to ensure stock is always available.
  • Establish work schedules and manage staff rotas to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a sales or leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
