We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Personal Support Worker to join our team at 2709983 ONTARIO INC. as a Client Care Specialist. In this role, you will provide personalized support and care to our clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Medication Administration: Safely administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals, maintaining accurate records.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
  • Household Management: Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation, maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
  • Transportation: Accompany clients on outings, ensuring safe transportation and mobility.
  • Communication: Maintain open and respectful communication with clients, families, and healthcare professionals, addressing concerns and needs.
Requirements
  • Education: College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a personal support worker role or equivalent.
  • Certifications: CPR, First Aid, and Personal Support Worker certifications.
  • Language: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff.
