Job Title: Personal Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at Reach Personal Recruitment services. As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Job Summary:
  • Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.
  • Support clients with mobility and transfer needs, including walking and transferring.
  • Provide companionship and social support to clients, engaging in activities such as conversation, reading, and watching movies.
  • Administer medications and perform other tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Valid Personal Support Worker certification.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
