Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Blind Fabrication Specialist to join our team at Novo Blinds. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for fabricating high-quality venetian blinds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and Prepare Work Area: Ensure a safe and organized workspace to facilitate efficient production.
  • Inspect and Identify Defects: Carefully examine manufactured items for defects and conformance to specifications.
  • Operate Fabrication Equipment: Safely operate machinery to fabricate parts and products.
  • Assemble and Finish Products: Assemble parts and components to form final products, and sand, trim, grind, or clean products into their final form.
  • Quality Control: Check manufactured items for defects and conformance to specifications.
  • Return Defective Products: Return defective products for repair or recycling.
Work Environment and Physical Capabilities
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure quality products.

  • Organized: Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
