KPMG Canada is seeking a skilled professional to lead the implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions. As a seasoned leader, you will drive project deliveries, empower clients and team members with knowledge and skills, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead delivery for Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform implementation projects, enhanced with AI and Copilot technologies.
  • Lead workshops and training sessions to empower clients and team members with the knowledge and skills to maximize the value of Power Platform solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective CRM solutions that align with client requirements.
  • Participate and lead cutting-edge work and projects around AI, utilizing tools such as OpenAI, GPT, Copilot, and others to enhance business solutions and drive innovation.
Requirements
  • 5+ years hands-on experience in a functional lead role, with a strong focus on Microsoft Power Platform technologies and Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Proven track record of leading and participating in successful project deliveries in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • An understanding of AI technologies and their application in enhancing CRM and Power Platform solutions.
