Ecommerce Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to join our team at Sonova. As a key member of our Commercial Excellence framework, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our global Ecommerce portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support the rollout and delivery of commercial marketing campaigns to all eStores globally, including launch and pre-order activities.
- Train local Group Company teams on Ecommerce best practices and pilot new tools/features that will contribute to commercial excellence activities.
- Ensure HI product listings and content on eStores globally are aligned with global and local business processes.
- Collect and manage customer feedback (internal/external) to ensure our Ecommerce user experience aligns with customer needs and follows UX best practices.
- Manage the coordination, triaging, and prioritization of business requests with global, local, and IT teams to ensure timelines are met.
- Liaise with Corporate or local IT to identify ongoing technical issues that impact sales growth in this channel and follow up to resolution.
About You:
- Bachelor's Degree in business or technology or equivalent work experience.
- Professional development in B2B Ecommerce, digital marketing, or digital solutions a strong plus.
- 5+ years' experience in B2B Ecommerce, digital marketing, or B2B2C web and portal development.
- Software, web, and mobile software development a strong plus (HTML, CSS, JS) highly preferred.
- Experience as a collaborator who can work across operating styles and bring together multiple perspectives.
- Experience in modern methodologies around innovation and digital (lean, agile).
