Coreservice Insurance Brokers Inc. is seeking a Branch Manager to lead our operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background and 2 years of experience in a similar role. Key responsibilities include direct and control daily operations, planning and controlling budget and expenditures, establishing and implementing policies and procedures, managing contracts, and overseeing the collection and analysis of data and information. The successful candidate will also plan, direct, and monitor activities of the sales department. The work environment requires attention to detail, standing for extended periods, and a strong ability to work collaboratively as a team. This is a permanent position with 30 hours per week, and the work language is English.
