Network Build Manager

We are seeking an accomplished leader to drive the success of our fiber and wireless network build projects. As a Director of Network Build Support, you will be responsible for overseeing large-scale deployments, ensuring strategic partnerships with municipalities and utility companies, and leading site acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including municipal officials and utility company representatives.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and policies during network deployments, negotiating agreements and securing permits as needed.
  • Lead the acquisition of sites for fixed wireless deployments, including negotiation and securing of leases, and oversee approval processes for new fixed wireless towers and vertical real estate.
  • Manage the procurement of easements and access rights for private property construction activities, ensuring smooth operations while adhering to legal and environmental guidelines.
  • Develop and execute procurement strategies for network deployment materials, focusing on cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
  • Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for FTTH and fixed wireless network builds, utilizing data-driven insights to assess project performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Negotiate and manage key agreements, including Joint Use Agreements, Master Service Agreements, Municipal Access Agreements, and Support Structure Agreements.

The ideal candidate will possess:

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in telecommunications network deployment or infrastructure projects.
  • Extensive experience with municipal and utility negotiations, site acquisition, tower engineering, and network construction.
  • Strong knowledge of material procurement and supply chain management for network construction projects.
  • Proven ability to develop and track network KPIs and perform in-depth financial analyses.
