Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Truck Mechanic to join our team at Chariot Elevateur C. Roy Inc. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and safety of our industrial trucks and forklifts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Electrical System Maintenance: Adjust, repair or replace electrical system parts to ensure proper function and safety.
  • Mechanical System Maintenance: Adjust, repair or replace mechanical system parts to maintain equipment performance and prevent downtime.
  • Inspections and Testing: Document your inspection and tests made on engines to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Scheduled Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance and service to prevent equipment failure and ensure optimal performance.
  • Customer Communication: Advise customers on work performed and the condition of equipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Hoisting Mechanism Repair: Repair and rebuild hoisting mechanism and other mechanical systems on industrial trucks and forklifts.
  • Equipment Testing: Test and adjust repaired equipment for proper performance to ensure safety and efficiency.

  • Attention to Detail: Maintain attention to detail to ensure accurate and safe work practices.
  • Physical Demands: Work in a physically demanding environment, requiring bending, crouching, and kneeling.
