Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, serving, and cleaning.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, including food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports on food service operations.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in food service management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Ability to train and supervise staff.
Working Conditions:
  • Fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
  • Standing for extended periods and frequent walking.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
