Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Agency Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our travel agency, including managing a team of travel agents, coordinating travel bookings, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Manage a team of travel agents to ensure that they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Travel Bookings: Coordinate travel bookings for individuals and businesses, including flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our travel services and increase sales.
  • Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the travel agency, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or tourism management.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a travel agency or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in French is required.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Outlook and travel software packages.
