Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Agency Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our travel operations, developing and implementing new business strategies, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel Operations Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our travel agency, including managing bookings, itineraries, and customer relationships.
    • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Business Development
    • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
    • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
    • Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or tourism management.
  • Experience
    • At least 1 year of experience in a travel agency or related industry.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
    • Proficiency in MS Outlook and travel software packages.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will be based in Europe and will be required to work 35 hours per week.

Language

The primary language of communication will be French.
