About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Operations Manager to join our team at Dessine Moi Un Voyage Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our travel clerks and ensuring the smooth execution of our travel operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of travel clerks, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Assist clients with special needs and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Review and assign work to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a travel agency or similar environment.
  • Knowledge of travel industry software and systems.
  • Fluency in multiple languages, including English and French.
