- Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, ensuring that our customers receive high-quality food and service.
- Customer Service
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers feel valued and respected.
- Administrative Tasks
- Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, including sales, stock, and wastage.
- Prepare budget and cost estimates for food service operations, ensuring that we are operating within budget.
- Education and Experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Skills and Abilities
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
