Job SummaryThe Platform Architect - Citrix is a key member of the Apotex IT team, responsible for designing and implementing Citrix-based solutions to support the company's global operations. This role requires a highly skilled and experienced professional with a deep understanding of Citrix technologies and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement Citrix-based solutions to support Apotex's global operations, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions that meet those needs.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and user guides.
- Provide technical support and training to Apotex employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills to effectively use Citrix-based solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, identifying opportunities to enhance Apotex's Citrix-based solutions and improve overall business performance.
- University or college degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Citrix technology delivery or design capability.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent technical skills, including knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Provisioning Services, and Citrix Cloud Virtual Apps and Desktop Services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
