Job Title: Hourly Cash Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hourly Cash Administrator to join our team at The Rec Room. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing cash handling, financial preparation, and cross-functional support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Preparation and Management: Ensure accurate and timely financial transactions, maintain cash handling procedures, and adhere to loss prevention and compliance standards.
  • Cash Handling: Count and verify cash, oversee petty cash, and ensure safe and accurate deposits.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Provide assistance to operations team members during peak times, demonstrating adaptability and a positive attitude.
  • Compliance and Accuracy: Maintain high accuracy in all transactions and adhere to strict compliance standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in cash handling or a similar role, highlighting your ability to manage financial responsibilities with precision.
  • An initiative-taking, organized, and reliable approach, ready to meet the challenges of a demanding environment with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Strong critical thinking skills, excellent time management, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to manage objects up to 80 lbs, reflecting your readiness to engage fully in the physical aspects of the job.
