Job Title: Sales Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at Cambridge Hyundai. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to sales staff.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Basic security clearance and a valid driver's license.
