Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at D & S MATTRESS. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth through effective leadership and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase revenue.

Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in sales leadership or management.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving sales performance.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing sales strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
