Canna Cabana is a leading cannabis retailer seeking a skilled and dedicated Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and engage in conversations to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively promote and sell our merchandise.
  • Ensure store conditions are consistently maintained to meet our high standards.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and promotional activities to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card, and automatic debit payments.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and rotating merchandise.
  • Collaborate with management and colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and security regulations, ensuring a safe and secure environment for customers and staff.

Requirements

  • Smart Choices certification is mandatory.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, and good knowledge of cannabis products and strains.
  • Two years of experience in retail sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
