We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join a fine dining restaurant in Revelstoke, BC. Our client offers upscale cuisine featuring seasonal, locally sourced ingredients.

In this role, you will support the Executive Chef in menu development and coordination of food preparation, manage inventory, and ensure efficient kitchen operations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop menus that showcase our commitment to local sourcing
  • Lead kitchen teams to maintain high standards of quality and presentation
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and control costs

The ideal candidate will have Food Safe certification, extensive experience in upscale dining, and exceptional culinary skills. A strong focus on innovative cuisine and excellent organizational abilities is also essential.

Salary: up to $24.50/hr
