About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Pastry Chef to join our team at Paul's Bakery Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and delicious pastry products that exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to design and implement new pastry menus that showcase our expertise and creativity.
  • Supply Chain Management: Oversee the procurement of high-quality ingredients and supplies to ensure consistency and excellence in our pastry products.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide our pastry team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional results.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all pastry products meet our high standards.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
