About the Opportunity

We are seeking highly skilled beauty professionals to represent our brand as Lead Experts. As a key member of our team, you will specialize in delivering exceptional customer experiences and showcasing our innovative products.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving sales and conversion through product demonstrations and relationship building with customers
  • Coaching and training experts and peers to achieve sales goals
  • Embracing the Dyson Guest Experience model and consistently providing a unique experience to our guests
  • Performing product demos and explaining features to customers
  • Collaborating with store management to organize marketing and promotional campaigns
  • Leading beauty events and taking an active role in daily operations
  • Ensuring all experts adhere to corporate processes and safety standards
  • Managing store operations, including opening and closing, and overseeing cleaning and maintenance staff
  • Handling managerial tasks and managing bank deposits, balance point of sale drawers, and safe
  • Responding to email and phone messages

About You:

  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends, some weekdays, and holidays
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing, retail setting with 1 year in a leadership role
  • Experience working with or in a premium or luxury brand is strongly preferred
  • Bi-lingual language proficiency is a plus
  • Ability to understand the Dyson brand and uphold its integrity
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 35lbs and stand on your feet for up to eight hours at a time
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • HS Diploma or GED required
