Job Description

Paraffin Store Limited is seeking a skilled Purchasing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining contact with suppliers, negotiating prices, and ensuring adequate stock levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain contact with suppliers to ensure a stable supply chain.
  • Negotiate prices and discounts with suppliers to optimize costs.
  • Maintain adequate stock levels by reviewing requirements and determining the quantity and type of merchandise to purchase.
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates for purchasing decisions.
  • Organize and maintain inventory records to ensure efficient storage and retrieval.
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, and contracts.
  • Purchasing, procurement, and contracts experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of database software and ERP systems.
