Key Responsibilities- Confer with clients to identify technical requirements and document them to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business needs.
- Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions that align with our company's strategy and goals.
- Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery to ensure optimal performance.
- Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware to protect our clients' sensitive information.
- Resolve conflict situations and consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
- Project management to ensure timely completion of projects and delivery of high-quality results.
- Identify current and prospective staffing requirements to support our business growth and objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information technology, or business administration.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
- Strong technical skills, including data analysis and interpretation, and proficiency in relevant software and tools.
