About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Manager to join our team at Dunphy's Poultry Farm Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of our farm operations, ensuring the health and well-being of our animals, and maintaining the highest standards of animal welfare and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations of the farm, including animal care, feeding, and health monitoring
  • Supervise and train farm staff to ensure they are following best practices and adhering to company policies
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve farm productivity and efficiency
  • Monitor and control costs, including feed, labor, and equipment expenses
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in farm management or a related field
  • Proven track record of improving farm productivity and efficiency
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in agriculture or a related field preferred
