The Outside Sales Representative role is a key position within Agile Premier, responsible for driving sales performance and growth within an assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead sales activities to maximize sales growth, margin targets, market share, and overall company objectives
- Develop strong business relationships through face-to-face sales calls and relationship-building activities
- Cultivate customers in new areas of business and determine what motivates each customer to purchase
- Implement and execute sales growth strategies consistent with the company's strategic plans
- Work with the Branch Manager to develop and execute sales growth strategies
- Associate degree or work equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in sales
- Internet research skills
- Ability to use software to create presentations, word documents, and spreadsheets
- Successful track record of selling in the building materials industry and home center/hardware stores preferred
