Key Responsibilities- Business Analysis: Provide a range of business analysis services, including gathering, documenting, and analyzing business needs and requirements.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Interact with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand their requirements and provide advice on business analysis policies, processes, and standards.
- Project Coordination: Lead and conduct business analysis at varying levels of detail, aligning with business goals and objectives.
- Requirements Gathering: Develop strategies, prepare business cases, and conduct feasibility studies for business I&IT initiatives.
- Documentation: Develop sound processes for requirements gathering, including JAD sessions, interviews, mockups, and other methods.
- Communication: Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis and 2+ years of experience in project coordination.
- Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Desirable Skills: Experience in the use of information retrieval packages, knowledge of Information Management principles, and experience with a wide range of methods, tools, and techniques for business analysis.
