Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our Wealth Management team at National Bank. As an Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our wealth advisors in delivering exceptional customer service and helping clients achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist wealth advisors in preparing for client meetings, analyzing client accounts, and coordinating activities to support business development.
  • Ensure effective communication between clients, advisors, and internal stakeholders, maintaining accurate records and updating client files as needed.
  • Coordinate advisors' agendas, schedule appointments, and prepare clients for meetings, ensuring seamless execution of activities.
  • Adhere to compliance and risk management rules, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions.

Requirements
  • College diploma in a related field, such as business administration or finance.
  • At least one year of relevant experience in a related field, such as banking operations, customer service, or administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and priority management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
