About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate in Wealth Management to join our team at Banque Nationale. As a key member of our Private Wealth Management group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our high net worth clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the administration of client accounts, including opening and maintaining client files.
  • Provide high-quality client service, prepare client meetings, and act as a resource for clients on products, procedures, and policies.
  • Process client transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client activities.
  • Perform various administrative tasks related to client transactions and business development.
  • Assist in preparing portfolio analyses and financial planning documents.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and developments.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and risk management policies.
About the Team

You will be part of a dynamic and dedicated team that is passionate about delivering exceptional client service. You will work closely with our Private Wealth Management team and report to the Vice-President, Private Wealth Management.

Requirements
  • Diploma in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
