About the Role
As a Wealth Management Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting our private advisors and delivering exceptional client service within our dynamic wealth management team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to private advisors, ensuring seamless account management for clients.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients by providing outstanding customer service, preparing meeting materials, and serving as a knowledgeable resource for product information, procedures, and policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files within established deadlines.
- Collaborate effectively with various operational services to coordinate administrative tasks efficiently.
- Contribute to financial transactions and business development initiatives by performing diverse administrative duties.
- Assist in preparing portfolio analyses and financial planning documents, contributing to informed investment strategies.
- Stay abreast of current market trends and developments within the financial industry.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory guidelines and risk management protocols.
Your Qualifications:
- Possess a college diploma and a minimum of two years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- A background in business administration or office management is highly desirable.
- Demonstrate proven customer service skills and a commitment to client satisfaction.
- Hold relevant securities-related courses and conduct standards manual certifications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel software is essential.
- Exhibit the ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines consistently.
