SE Health is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with clients to help them achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct assessments to identify client needs and goals
- Develop and implement treatment plans to help clients achieve their goals
- Work with clients to help them develop skills and strategies to manage their daily lives
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Graduate of an accredited program in Occupational Therapy
- Member in good standing of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
- Recent experience in managing patients in acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation programs
- Reliable, flexible, creative, self-directed professional
