Occupational Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at SE Health. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide client-centered care and achieve optimal outcomes
  • Develop and implement goal-directed treatment programs to promote client independence and well-being
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families to promote healthy habits and lifestyle changes

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
  • Experience working with clients with a range of physical, cognitive, and emotional needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams
