Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at SE Health. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with clients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that promote independence, mobility, and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and goals
- Develop and implement client-centered treatment plans that address physical, cognitive, and emotional needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Provide education and support to clients and their families to promote independence and self-care
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current membership in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
- Recent experience in managing patients in acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
