Gas Station Operations Manager

Indian Head Shell is seeking a skilled Gas Station Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail fueling stations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing staff, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Operations: Manage daily operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service.
- Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure staff are meeting expectations.
- Education: College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a retail or fuel management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
