About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Funding Representative to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and validity of Conditional Sale Agreements and Loan Agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify the accuracy and validity of Conditional Sale Agreements and Loan Agreements
  • Resolve discrepancies and communicate with Credit Analysts and dealers to make corrections
  • Refer exception funding situations to the leadership team for review and resolution
  • Champion a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships
  • Understand and adhere to the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture
  • Actively pursue effective and efficient operations of your respective areas
  • Implement a people strategy that attracts, retains, develops, and motivates your team
Requirements
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Previous customer-facing experience is preferred
  • Completion of post-secondary education is preferred
  • Previous administrative and document management experience is an asset
