The Role

We're seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our team. As a key member of our ESM team, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions for our clients. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions for clients, including IT asset management and enterprise cloud architecture
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Work closely with our pre-sales team to develop proposals and technical roadmaps for clients
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to our team members
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow trends and best practices

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow
  • ServiceNow CIS-Hardware Management and CIS-Software Management certifications
  • Strong understanding of IT asset management and enterprise cloud architecture

Nice to Have

  • ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
  • Bilingual (French & English)
